How do I start the process of becoming a new client?

Getting started is simple! First, book a phone consultation so we can discuss your needs and ensure we’re a good fit. Next, you'll set up your profile in our Time To Pet software—we’ll guide you through the process. From there, we’ll schedule a meet-and-greet at your home, confirm your service, and you’re all set!

Will I have the same pet sitter every time?

We do our best to provide the same sitter whenever possible. However, if a change is necessary, rest assured that all of our team members are highly trained, professional, and dedicated to delivering exceptional care. We’re confident you’ll love every member of our team!

Is a meet-and-greet available before services begin?

Yes, absolutely! We offer a complimentary meet-and-greet so we can get to know you and your pets, walk through routines, and answer any questions you may have. It’s a relaxed, friendly visit designed to build trust and ensure we’re the right fit for your family.

If you’d also like to meet your assigned pet sitter ahead of time, we’re happy to arrange a 30-minute introduction for $25. It’s a lovely way to help your pets feel extra comfortable before service begins.

How are the services billed and when is it due?

To confirm your booking, payment is required in advance. For same-day service requests, payment will be processed on the day of service. All clients are automatically enrolled in AutoPay, which charges at 11 PM on the day prior to your departure.

An itemized invoice will be sent through Time To Pet, and a credit card is required on your profile for easy processing.

Can you accommodate last-minute reservations?

Yes, we can usually accommodate last-minute reservations! While we recommend reaching out as soon as possible to ensure availability, we’ll do our best to help with any urgent requests.

Are you insured & bonded?

Yes—we are fully insured and bonded. We understand the importance of trust and security when inviting someone into your home. That’s why we operate with the highest standards of professionalism and care, so you can feel confident your pets and property are in responsible, experienced hands.

How can I provide a tip for my service provider?

Yes, of course! We greatly appreciate your generosity. Here’s how you can provide a tip:

• Cash: If you prefer to tip in cash, simply leave it directly for your service provider.
   

• Through our Time To Pet software tool: You can also add a tip when booking or paying for services through our Time To Pet app. Just look for the "Tip" option during checkout!
   

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods to make it as convenient as possible:

Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay & ACH Payments

How does your cancellation policy work?

Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

We encourage you to book your reservations as early as possible, as availability is limited—especially during high-demand seasons and holidays (Winter, Spring, and Summer Breaks). Once we reach capacity, it may be difficult to accommodate additional requests.

To secure your reservation, a credit card on file is required. Full payment is charged at 11PM the day prior to your departure.

Cancellation Policy:

• Foundational Overnights (9-10 Hours): At least one week's notice. Holiday bookings require two weeks' notice.
   

• Premier Overnights (12-13 Hours): At least 72 hours' notice. Holiday bookings require two weeks' notice.
   

• Signature Overnights (18 Hours): At least 24 hours' notice. Holiday bookings require one week's notice.
   

• Rest, Rise & Refresh Visits: At least one week's notice. Holiday bookings require two weeks' notice.
   

How do you access my home for pet care visits?

To ensure seamless and secure access to your home, we require all clients to provide one of the following:

• Lockbox – You may provide your own or purchase one from us
   

• Garage Code – If you prefer, you may share a garage access code
   

• Door Code – A front or side door code can also be used for entry
   

If your neighborhood prohibits lockboxes and you do not have a door or garage code, we ask that you provide two copies of your keys to ensure reliable access.

How do I schedule an appointment once I'm a client?

Scheduling your pet sitting service is easy!

Here’s how:

• Time to Pet: Access the Time to Pet portal with your account credentials
   

• Select Your Dates: Choose the dates and times for your reservation
   

• Confirm Your Booking: Review your details, confirm your reservation, and you're all set!

What is your charge for the Holidays?

Holiday rates are an additional $30.00/night for the entire length of the booking. If there are visits added throughout the day, those will be charged an additional $15/visit.

The holiday rate applies to any booking that includes any portion of the holiday period, whether it’s the day of the holiday itself or a surrounding day.

Holidays include:
New Years, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years

Do you offer discounts for repeat business travelers?

We do offer discounts for frequent business travelers, and we'd be happy to discuss the details with you personally to ensure the best arrangements for your specific needs. Please feel free to reach out to us directly, and we can go over the options that would work best for you.

What if I return early?

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. In case your return is earlier than expected, please note that our rates remain unchanged. This ensures we can continue providing the highest level of care and attention for your pets throughout their stay.

Do you care for pets with aggressive behavior?

We prioritize the safety of both our team and your pets. At this time, we're unable to provide care for animals with a known history of aggression toward people or other pets, including biting or highly reactive behavior.

That said, we understand that some pets may have reacted in the past due to fear, stress, or unusual circumstances. If that’s the case, we’re happy to talk through the situation with you to see if our care would be a good and safe fit for everyone involved.

Is my personal information kept secure?

Yes—absolutely. Your privacy and security are a top priority for us. All personal details, including your contact information, service agreements, and payment details, are kept strictly confidential. Access instructions like lockbox codes or door codes are securely stored in our Time To Pet software, which is password-protected and encrypted. We never share your information with anyone outside our trusted team.

What if something happens to my pet or property while I’m away?

We take every precaution to ensure your pets and home are safe. However, if an unexpected issue arises, we’re fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. For pets, we’ll follow your emergency instructions, contact you immediately, and get your pet to the vet if needed. For property concerns, we’ll handle the situation responsibly and keep you updated every step of the way.

Do you provide references?

What do you do in case of an emergency?

We always keep your emergency contacts and your preferred veterinarian on file. If a medical or household emergency occurs, we will:

2. Seek veterinary care or take steps to resolve the situation if you cannot be reached.
    

3. Keep you updated with timely communication so you’re never left in the dark.
   Your pet’s safety and well-being are always our first priority.
    

Do you administer medication to pets?

Yes, we can administer medications as long as they are clearly labeled and instructions are provided. This includes pills, liquid medications, and topical treatments. Please note that we do not provide injections for safety reasons. If your pet has complex medical needs, we’re happy to discuss them in detail during your meet-and-greet.

Do you offer referral discounts?

Yes, we love when happy clients share our name with friends and neighbors! If you refer someone new to us and they book services, you’ll receive a discount on your next booking as a thank-you. Reach out to us for current referral details.

Do you offer dog training?

At this time, we do not provide professional dog training services. However, we work with several trusted trainers in the Denver area and would be happy to connect you with them if training is something you’re looking for.

How will I receive updates about my pet?

We know how important it is to feel connected while you’re away. That’s why we use the Time To Pet app to send you real-time updates after each visit. You’ll receive notes, photos, and details about meals, walks, playtime, and any special care your pet received. Many clients tell us these updates are their favorite part of the day!
