  • We proudly serve  Denver Metro, Denver South, Centennial, Cherry Hills, Castle Pines, DTC, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, and Lone Tree. If you're outside these areas, feel free to reach out! We’re happy to explore options and may be able to accommodate you for a small additional fee.

  • Getting started is simple! First, book a phone consultation so we can discuss your needs and ensure we’re a good fit. Next, you'll set up your profile in our Time To Pet software—we’ll guide you through the process. From there, we’ll schedule a meet-and-greet at your home, confirm your service, and you’re all set!

  • We do our best to provide the same sitter whenever possible. However, if a change is necessary, rest assured that all of our team members are highly trained, professional, and dedicated to delivering exceptional care. We’re confident you’ll love every member of our team!

  • Yes, absolutely! We offer a complimentary meet-and-greet so we can get to know you and your pets, walk through routines, and answer any questions you may have. It’s a relaxed, friendly visit designed to build trust and ensure we’re the right fit for your family.

    If you’d also like to meet your assigned pet sitter ahead of time, we’re happy to arrange a 30-minute introduction for $25. It’s a lovely way to help your pets feel extra comfortable before service begins.

  • To confirm your booking, payment is required in advance. For same-day service requests, payment will be processed on the day of service. All clients are automatically enrolled in AutoPay, which charges at 11 PM on the day your request is approved.

    An itemized invoice will be sent through Time To Pet, and a credit card is required on your profile for easy processing.

  • Yes, we can usually accommodate last-minute reservations! While we recommend reaching out as soon as possible to ensure availability, we’ll do our best to help with any urgent requests.

  • Yes—we are fully insured and bonded. We understand the importance of trust and security when inviting someone into your home. That’s why we operate with the highest standards of professionalism and care, so you can feel confident your pets and property are in responsible, experienced hands.

  • Yes, of course! We greatly appreciate your generosity. Here’s how you can provide a tip:
     

    1. Cash: If you prefer to tip in cash, simply leave it directly for your service provider.

    2. Through our Time To Pet software tool: You can also add a tip when booking or paying for services through our Time To Pet app. Just look for the "Tip" option during checkout!

  • We accept a variety of payment methods to make it as convenient as possible:

    Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay & ACH Payments

  • Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

    We encourage you to book your reservations as early as possible, as availability is limited—especially during high-demand seasons and holidays (Winter, Spring, and Summer Breaks). Once we reach capacity, it may be difficult to accommodate additional requests.

    To secure your reservation, a credit card on file is required. Full payment is due at the time of booking and will be charged upon approval of your reservation request.

    Cancellation Policy :

    Foundational Overnights (9-10 Hours):

    Cancellations require at least one week's notice. Holiday bookings require two weeks' notice.
     

    Premier Overnights (12-13 Hours):

    Cancellations require at least 72 hours' notice. Holiday bookings require two weeks' notice.


     

    Signature Overnights (18 Hours):

    Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Holiday bookings require one week's notice.

     

    Rest, Rise & Refresh Visits:
    Cancellations require at least one week's notice. Holiday bookings require two weeks' notice.

     

    All refunds are issued as service credits toward future bookings. As a small business, this policy allows us to reserve your sitter's time and provide the highest quality of care. We truly appreciate your support and the trust you place in our care.

  • To ensure seamless and secure access to your home, we require all clients to provide one of the following:

    • Lockbox–You may provide your own or purchase one from us

    • Garage Code–If you prefer, you may share a garage access code

    • Door Code–A front or side door code can also be used for entry

    If your neighborhood prohibits lockboxes and you do not have a door or garage code, we ask that you provide two copies of your keys to ensure reliable access.

  • Scheduling your pet sitting service is easy! 

    Here's how:

    1. Time to Pet: Access the Time to Pet portal with your account credentials

    2. Select Your Dates: Choose the dates and times for your reservation pet sitting service

    3. Confirm Your Booking: Review your details, confirm your reservation, and you're all set!

    If you need assistance with the portal or have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to help!

  • Holiday rates are an additional $30.00/night for the entire length of the booking. If there are visits added throughout the day, those will be charged an additional $15/visit.
     

    The holiday rate applies to any booking that includes any portion of the holiday period, whether it’s the day of the holiday itself or a surrounding day. For example, if our stay includes any of the days around Thanksgiving, the holiday rate will apply to the entire booking.

  • We do offer discounts for frequent business travelers, and we'd be happy to discuss the details with you personally to ensure the best arrangements for your specific needs. Please feel free to reach out to us directly, and we can go over the options that would work best for you.

  • We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. In case your return is earlier than expected, please note that our rates remain unchanged. This ensures we can continue providing the highest level of care and attention for your pets throughout their stay.

  • We prioritize the safety of both our team and your pets. At this time, we're unable to provide care for animals with a known history of aggression toward people or other pets, including biting or highly reactive behavior.

    That said, we understand that some pets may have reacted in the past due to fear, stress, or unusual circumstances. If that’s the case, we’re happy to talk through the situation with you to see if our care would be a good and safe fit for everyone involved.

We’ll take the time to get to know your pet(s), understand their routine, and discuss any household tasks—ensuring everything is in place for a smooth and comfortable experience.
